Instead of pounding the pavement, you can surf the Internet to help find a job, via online help-wanted ads and resumes. To discuss the possibilities, Business Week's Sept. 29 guests were Bill Warren, president of the Online Career Center (which claims to be the largest recruitment site on the Net), and Edward Baig, Personal Business editor of BW and author of a Sept. 30 BW story on Net job-hunting.
